Organic Tots Delivery

Organic Tots offer very reasonable postage prices and provide a
high quality service to all our customers.

UK Delivery options below:

1st class Royal Mail post as standard delivery FREE.

1st class recorded delivery also available at a flat rate of £3.95.

This option is not available with any free delivery offer.

Overseas delivery is possible, please contact me for costs.

All orders received before 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday
excluding bank holidays) will be sent the same day. All orders received
after 1pm or on the weekend will be sent the next working day.

All orders are sent out using biodegradable packaging. Just place the
packaging in the bin and it will degrade in landfill. The company we use for
all our biodegradable mailing bags is Eco Mailing Bags

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 28 days if the item is in the original condition,
unworn with tags still attached.

Please inform Organic Tots via email or telephone that you wish to return the
item prior to returning it.

Then please return the item. When it has been received and we are satisfied
it is in the original condition, a full refund will be issued for the item (minus any
additional postage costs to return the item).

Returns after 28 days are not usually acepted unless there is a fault.
